Urban Area Comprehensive Plan
The City is seeking statements of qualifications from professional planning consultants to prepare an update of the 2003 Urban Area Comprehensive Plan along with updates of the Transportation Element, and Water and Wastewater Facilities Plan. The City is partnering with Counties on this project, which will identify additional long-term growth areas and update sections addressing socio-economic data, housing and neighborhoods, transportation and connectivity, parks and recreation, natural resources and environment, economic development, land use and growth management, public facilities and services, and implementation.
