This contract covers the following work for the Upper Berryessa Creek Flood Risk Management Project, located in Milpitas, California:

• Collection and processing per CalPhytos Restoration Nursery Guidelines of propagules from the Coyote Valley Watershed, propagation, and delivery of containerized trees and shrubs (as described in the planting plans (attachment 1) for planting in planting areas 1 and 2;
• Collection, processing, and refrigerated storage, per CalPhytos Restoration Nursery Guidelines,1 until out-planting of large seeds (acorns and buckeye seeds) for planting onsite in planting areas 1 and 2;
• Preparation of planting areas 1 and 2, including soil chemistry testing and applicable soil amendments;
• Planting the plants and seeds in areas 1 and 2, including protective measures and short-term watering;
• Hand/truck watering and plant and grounds maintenance within the planting areas during the plant guarantee period (1 year (365 days) after completion of the planting and acceptance by the TPOC);
• Options for additional years of maintenance in areas 1 and 2 and optional planting and maintenance in areas 3, 4, and 5;
• Other requirements.
