The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Eastern Acquisition Division, is seeking to purchase upper air observation services using the NOAA Radiosonde Replacement System (RRS) for the National Weather Service Upper Air Site located in Greensboro, North Carolina, in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the solicitation document.
