This Project Consists Of Approximately 5875 square feet of existing floor area to be refurbished. Before commencement of new work, the library will vacate the existing facility, removing all furniture, shelving, equipment & library collection. Scope of new work shall include interior demolition of selected finishes & minor alterations, new interior finishes, millwork & minor repairs; insulating of crawl space; new shingle roof-ing & exterior caulking & painting; minor plumbing & HVAC; & new lighting, electrical upgrades & alternate for fire alarm system. There is no site work.
