This is a Sources Sought Synopsis; there is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will receive no response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes only. Information is being collected from all potential NETCENTS-2 vendors at this time. All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be awarded a DoD contract.

 

This Sources Sought Synopsis is conducted to identify potential sources capable of meeting the requirements for providing upgrades to the Air Force Test and Analysis Tool (Starlims Software). The Air Force anticipates the period of performance will be 15 Jun 2018 through 30 Sep 2018. Please review this Sources Sought Synopsis and the attached Statement of Work.

 

Interested parties shall submit a brief and concise response demonstrating their capability to meet the stated requirements in the attached Statement of Work. The response will clearly explain how the contractor intends to meet the stated requirements. The response should include the following: company name, address, point of contact, and cage code. Please submit one electronic copy to Jason Brown at jason.brown.148@us.af.mil and Melissa Teague at melissa.teague@us.af.mil. Responses shall be submitted no later than 5:00pm EST 23 May 2018.

The Government will not award a contract solely on the basis of this synopsis nor will it reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Quotation, Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. The Government reserves the right to reject in whole or part any industry input as a result of this announcement. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be a part of this effort. If so, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data and present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information.
