Upgrade of Rees Hardware and Software System.
The National Institutes of Health / National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIH/NIAID) in support of the Division of Intramural Research (DIR) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition a contract to upgrade hardware and software of the Rees monitoring and notification systems (Presidio 3.0) with Rees Scientific, 1007 Whitehead Road, Trenton, NJ 08638. This is an electronic / IT contract and all responsible sources that are certified may submit a proposal showing their capabilities and past performances servicing this type of equipment. The vendors shall provide certification from original equipment manufacturer that they are authorized to perform these services and have access to OEM parts and supplies. All responsible sources may submit a response that will be considered. The Government reserves the right to make a decision whether this requirement is available for competition. The Period of Performance will be 180 days from date of award. All responses shall be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. (EDST) June 4, 2014.
