This requirement is for Phased Array Tracking Radar Intercept On Target (PATRIOT) Radar Digital Processor (RDP) Configuration Upgrade Kits and initial spares for the RDP and Modern ManStation. The US Army Contracting Command - Redstone proposes to issue the contract sole source to Raytheon IDS, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810, CAGE: 05716. Raytheon is the only contractor with the technical knowledge and expertise to fulfill this requirement in a timely manner without substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
