The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, OK, intends to release Solicitation 36C25918R0592 to upgrade site water systems.

The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center requires Construction services from a firm to furnish all labor, tools and materials upgrade site water systems, in accordance with statement of work and all applicable specifications and drawings. Project will be performed in accordance with all the contract terms, conditions, provisions and requirements. The full solicitation will be posted on FEDBIZOPPS www.fbo.gov on or shortly after July 5, 2018.

The purpose of this requirement is to upgrade site water systems at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Work includes but is not limited to the following items; Replacement of quadruplex booster pump skid in building 58; replacement of associated controls and upgrades to remote control and monitoring features; replacement of triplex booster pump skid in building 52; replacement of Sitrans water metering equipment at various locations. replacement of domestic water heaters; installation of thermostatic mixing valves at various locations; installation of battery power sensor operated faucets at several existing sink locations; installation of water quality monitoring equipment at incoming water service and end of line points. Water monitoring to be networked to VA engineering network. removal of dead leg piping at various locations; and installation of backflow preventers at various locations.

This full solicitation will be 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside competition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 238220--Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Size Standard $15.0 mil
This requirement is for the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center. Costs are firm fixed priced and scheduling has enough notification time to allow for the contractor to provide the service.
