Upgrade Rooftop Ventilation
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation RFQP02031400013 is being issued as a request for quote to upgrade the ventilation in FCI Danbury's Housing Units. Roof top ventilation units need to be installed on top of seven housing units and also on the roof of our power plant. FCI Danbury will provide the exhaust fans. The estimated magnitude of this project is $60,000 to $70,000. A statement of work is attached as well as the Department of Labor's Davis Bacon wage rates for Fairfield County Connecticut.
This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-75.
This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business size standard $14,000,000 associated with NAICS code 238220.
