Upgrade Public Toilets First Floor
The Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Philadelphia PA intends to issue a construction project. The project consists of Construction and Alterations necessary for the complete renovation of the following existing spaces: Decedent Affairs B101, Patient Advocate B102A, Patient Advocate B112, Patient Advocate B113 Men s Toilet B122, Women s Toilet B123 and HAC B124 to create the following new spaces: Family Toilet Room B101, Women s Toilet Room B102, Lactation Room B103, Men s Toilet Room B123 and HAC B124 on the first floor of the VA Medical Center. This solicitation is to be issued as a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The contractor will be required to provide all necessary tools, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The magnitude of the project is estimated to be between $500,000.00 and $1,000.000.00. The full solicitation will be posted on or about December 27, 2018.
