This presolicitation is for the Upgrade of the Fuel Island, to include the construction of above ground fuel storage tanks, pumphouse, fixed pantographs, and two (2) high reach mobile pantographs. The solicitation, with the scope of work, will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about May 30, 2014. The solicitation will be issued on an Unrestricted basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 236220.
