This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.


This combined synopsis/solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotations only for purchase request F1Y3DA8099AW02. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97. This acquisition is 100% Total set-aside for Small Business. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 423610, "Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers", with a small business size standard of 200 employees.


This solicitation will be posted for 6 calendar days with an award date to be determined after review of submitted quotes. Interested parties should register online and subscribe to receive procurement announcements related to this solicitation by entering the website at www.fbo.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of any modification to this combined synopsis/solicitation. There will not be paper copies of this solicitation available. All solicitation information may be obtained through www.fbo.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to this notice.

The Contractor shall complete this project within ninety (90) calendar days after award. Acceptance will be made by the government at the place of performance.
Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement, price and past performance. There is no relative importance assigned to each evaluation factor when combined or when compared to price. All work must be completed in accordance with Statement of Work dated 15 June 2018.

All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to any contract award (FAR 52.204-7). Please submit the following information with each quote: cage code, DUNS number, tax identification number, prompt payment terms, delivery time, date offer expires, warranty, and total price, using the form, Request for Quote (RFQ).

Offerors are reminded that e-mail transmission of quote/offer prior to the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of quote/offer unless it is received by the government prior to the closing date and time. Quotations/offers or modification of quotes/offers received at the address specified for the receipt of offers after the exact time specified for receipt of offers WILL NOT be considered (FAR 52.212-1(f)).

Quotes are due no later than 10:00 a.m., Mountain Time (MT) on Friday, June 22, 2018. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. You are encouraged to submit quotes electronically via email to shania.brown@us.af.mil and maria_lourdes.bustillo@us.af.mil. ALL QUOTES MUST BE GUARANTEED FOR 60 DAYS.
