Updating the Unified Development Ordinance
The City is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for assistance with an update of our Unified Development Ordinance (combined zoning and subdivision regulations). The City is a suburb in the Metropolitan Area with a population of approximately 177,000. The City’s current Unified Development Ordinance was adopted in 1990. Numerous amendments have taken place over the years but a full review and update has never been completed.
