Update Long-Range Transportation Plan
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The goal is to combine the currently adopted 2027 LRTP’s into one document updated to the 2035
planning horizon. This effort is not a major update of the Goals and Objectives, the land use
assumptions, project alternatives or the modeling efforts. It is anticipated the work will focus on
three areas to include (1) a comparison of the 2027 transportation model information to the recently
updated 2035 Highway to Highway transportation model assumptions and information (to be
provided by staff to the contractor), (2) a public involvement process that follows the Participation Plan and (3) the preparation and adoption of a written 2035 LRTP for the Planning area that is as graphically enhanced as the current LRTP and which incorporates tables, graphs, maps and photographs.
