Update Central State University Master Plan
This project includes the assessment and planning of campus-wide needs to update the CSU Campus-Wide
Master Plan that was completed in 2000 2001. This project is to complete the second phase of planning
to support growth of the university to 3000 students in 2010; and to 6000 students in 2017. This effort is to
provide the overall strategy for realizing the physical and academic setting to support the universitys
mission, goals, and objectives in support of the Speed-To-Scale initiative to grow enrollment. The final plan
will include analysis of academic programs, student services, financial services, program development,
assessment of existing conditions, prioritized recommendations for improvements, demolition, construction
and improvements, and preliminary planning cost projections and estimates.
