The purpose of this solicitation is to demonstrate and validate technologies and products that may be available for procurement by MTA after 2015, as MTA plans to transition to next generation ZEB/SLEB during this time frame. The solicitation will focus primarily on technologies that have the potential for significantly reducing tailpipe emissions in a cost effective manner.
