This requirement is sole source to Griffon Aerospace, Incorporated, 106 Commerce Circle, Madison, AL 35758-1864, for BroadSword, MQM-171, Unmanned Aircraft System-Target (UAS-T) system equipment, services, and training. The basic award will be for 174 BroadSword, MQM-171, UAS-T Engineering Services Hours. The solicitation will contain a five year option for UAS-T System and Components; depot level maintenance and overhaul; storage of Government furnished equipment; base operations support, UAS-T field flight services; UAS-T qualification training, equipment inventory and transfer support; engineering services; other direct costs; and data items. The anticipated date for release of the solicitation, including the Statement of Work and its attachments and exhibits, is on or about 8 July 2014. The anticipated proposal due date is around 7 August 2014 with a contract award as soon as possible thereafter.
