University of Buffalo advertising
The New York Army National Guard has a requirement for advertising at the Buffalo State University. Please see the attached performance work statement for additional information regarding this requirement.
In addition the service contract act applies to this requirement, please use the most current wage determination for the quote. The current one is attached as a reference. Contractor Manpower Reporting applies to this requirement as well. Please report the anticipated numbor of labor hours for this requiement online www.ecmra.mil. For addtional questions regarding this, please email the undersigned.
This will be a firm-fixed price contract.
This will be awarded with 1 base year plus 4 option years.
Basis for Award:
Only vendors able to meet the minimum specifications will be awarded a contract. The each propoal will be evaluated based upon the vendor's ability to meet the minimum speciification for a fair and reasonable price.
Quotes must contain the following information:
1. vendor name, cage code, vendor address, DUNS#
2. Only vendors with an active and valid SAM registration will be considered for award
3. Detailed pricing including a detailed listing of the various locations and frequency of advertising
