Notice is hereby given that the Redevelopment Commission of the City of Valparaiso, Indiana, as
the owner of certain real property in the City of Valparaiso, will receiver and consider written
offers for the purchase of certain real estate in the City of Valparaiso, Indiana, generally referred
to as the University Village projects, described as follows:
The Real Estate: Approximately 2.018 +/‐ acres
The Real Estate consists of: Two (2) Developable Parcels and a Right‐of‐way Parcel
