University Pest Control Contract
For purposes of this RFP the definition of pest control services will cover all aspects of “pest,
insect, and rodent control”. The term “pest, insect, and rodent control” applies to all bugs, flies,
hornets, wasps, ants, spiders, crickets, mice, rats, roaches, silverfish, termites, bed bugs, and
anything else that could be construed as a pest, insect/or rodent. Service areas include those
buildings listed and areas within the confines of those buildings, service area and/or structures
used and/or owned by the University. In addition, rodent infestations, ant nests, and wasp/hornet
nests located adjacent (exterior) to the buildings are included.
