University Health Center Clinical Services Mission and Vision Initiative
Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting to be held from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on May 11, 2010. Attendees can participate either in person or via teleconference. This is a solicitation for proposal to enter into a contract with a consulting firm to conduct
an initiative aimed at defining unique missions and visions for our non-dental clinical services, the
Hospital and the Medical Group, as well as developing decision assessment tools to assist
senior management in strategy and service line development. Additionally, we require the tools and plans to disseminate the new visions and missions throughout our clinical enterprise, to help define and align an organizational culture that supports our mission.
