This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to establish a contract with one qualified Offeror who will provide a comprehensive Electronic Learning LMS/LCMS (learning management system/learning content management system) to the University as further described in this RFP.
SCOPE:
This web-based system will provide a combination of courseware, simulations, and resources to deliver learning and performance support that is essential for the professional development of the State Entity‟s diverse community. In addition contractor must provide application and web hosting services for the selected software.
