The University requests proposals from qualified "Respondents" to lease space for the operation of a full-service Banking Center located in the University Center. The Financial Institution will be offered approximately 890 square feet of bank/office space. Any resulting Agreement will be subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, ordinances, and regulations, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. In addition, the successful Proposer must be responsible for the payment of any fees, licenses, or taxes which may be required.
