The University of Massachusetts Office of the President (the University) invites proposals for consulting services to provide 1) a performance review of the Central Information Technology (IT) department, University Information Technology Services (UITS) and 2) an assessment of the System-wide multi-campus IT service delivery model with an eye toward service quality and cost-effectiveness. UITS provides the University's multi-campus system with IT infrastructure, application development and production information systems and services for most of its business and administrative operations throughout the University's 5-campus system, UMassOnline, and the President's Office.
