Expressions of Interest Sought

 

Requirement: 

 

The United States Government is seeking Warehouse space for two (2) buses in Broadview, IL.  The lease term requirement is for 15 years, 10 years firm.  The warehouse can be within a 10 mile radius of 2000 S 25th Avenue located in Broadview, IL.  Parking for the vehicles must be available for occupancy by January 15, 2019. 

 

Following are the dimensions of the government vehicles:

 

Buses: 

 

Two (2) Bluebird Buses:  8ft wide, 14ft high, 32ft long

Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 PM CST on October 26, 2018 and must include the following information:

 


Building name and address of parking site.
Date of warehouse space availability.
Provide monthly cost per vehicle and indicate whether the monthly rate includes taxes.   
Building ownership information.
Warehouse must provide the following:

 

1.      110/120v power supply circuit required at each bus parking space to warm engine oil and recharge batteries

2.      Space must be temperature controlled

3.      Provide one (1) floor drain and one (1) hose bibb potable water source close to the bus parking stalls (preferred but not mandatory)

4.      Overhead rolling doors for bus access (preferred but not mandatory)

5.      Clearance height of 14ft tall for bus access

                                             

 

The Government is seeking parking space for federal vehicles and 24/7 access is required for the warehouse.  Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.  The General Services Administration will not be using a tenant broker to represent the Government in parking lease negotiations.
