USCIS is soliciting open-market with a total small business set aside for the following:
USCIS IOD requires packaging supplies for the application/petition packages received with related supporting documentation and fees at the Lockbox facilities. These supplies must be delivered to the USCIS Lockbox facilities in the quantities specified under each delivery order, and must meet all technical requirements. These facilities require an uninterrupted, consistent flow of supplies to ensure timely shipment of the processed applications and petitions.
USCIS intends for the solicitation to result in a firm-fixed price, single award ID/IQ contract with five year ordering period.
