Unit Climate Assessment and Performance Improvement System (UCAPIS)
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ONLY FOR MARKET RESEARCH, PLANNING PURPOSES AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. This Sources Sought is to obtain feedback and identify sources that can provide the services outlined on the attached SOO. The information provided in the SOO is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the items attached, and release of this request should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought. The information provided may be used by WHS/AD in developing its acquisition strategy, Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW)/Performance Work Statements (PWS) and/or Statement of Objectives (SOO). All submissions become Government property and will not be returned.
No solicitation will be available at this time nor is there one available; therefore, please do not request for a copy of a solicitation. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. Additionally, your response will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) or the GSA eBuy website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor both sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
If your company has QUESTIONS in regards to the SOO and you are a registered vendor in SAM, send them electronically to both Tony Weedin and Peggie Lowery via email provided NLT 1000hrs (10:00AM) Eastern Standard Time of 24 July 2017. Phone calls/faxes will not be accepted. The subject of you email should be titled: UCAPIS Questions / Your Company Name. Answers to questions submitted (that can be provided) will be posted/linked to this announcement on or around 24 July 2017.
Companies who are interested and have the resources, etc to perform the work outlined in the attached SOO should electronically send their business capability statement, CAGE Code, etc to Anthony Weedin and Peggie Lowery via email information provided NLT 1000hrs (10:00 AM) Eastern Standard Time of 14 August 2017.
