Unify Extended Warranty
The 354th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price purchase to Unify, Inc. for repair and maintenance parts and the installation of those parts along with adding an extension to the warranty that is currently on the installed Unify inc. system. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.302 and other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 13.106(b) and FAR 6.302-1(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the Government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
