The consultants will guide the Court through the development of a Request for Proposal for a Unified Relational Database for Court Departments. The single information solution will replace and unify current independent Lotus Notes databases and paper-based methods of gathering data and using data to populate forms and to produce standard indicators, and regular and ad hoc reports in the Juvenile Probation Department, Juvenile Detention Facility, courtrooms and other departments related to juvenile justice.
