The County intends to utilize a unified messaging system to replace the legacy 9 Centigram voicemail systems. The new unified messaging system will provide a host of new messaging capabilities to allow county agencies greater mobility/flexibility and methods for accessing messages. The system will integrate with the county’s current network of PBX’s (Private Branch Exchanges) and be aligned for future integration with an all Voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) network.
