Unified Certification Program (IL UCP) Internet Portal Project
The Illinois Department of Transportation is in need of a Vendor that will develop a project plan to manage the enhancements to the existing (IDOT) Certification (CER) Database. IDOT is seeking contractual services to perform a GAP analysis to determine the gaps between the current CER database and the proposed enhanced product. The proposed enhanced product will be accessible by all Illinois Unified Certification Program (IL UCP) Participants through a web internet portal that will include the functionality of the CER database and the requirements outlined in this RFP. The IDOT is also seeking contractual services to convert legacy data from five IL UCP Agencies. The proposed internet portal will incorporate a modern n-tier design with a centralized database server and application server at a single location and client workstations over a wide area network.
