12. Detailed Requirements Description: Provide one (1) Uni-Coat Triplex Spray System Systems IAW the Purchase Description DSCR-VIBB-09-17-1081 dated 29 March 2010. The Purchase Description will be included in the solicitation. After the solicitation is published, All questions must be submitted to the Contract Specialist no later than 10 days after the open date to ensure a response is received by the closing date.
This solicitation will be issued as Sole Sourced. The award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The required performance period for this procurement is 200 days after receipt of order.
