Unemployment Insurance Tax System Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance Services
The State is seeking a qualified contractor to provide a new Unemployment Insurance Tax System, the Status, Tax Accounting, Auditing and Rating System, hereinafter referred to as STAARS. The contractor shall design, develop, implement, perform a Parallel Pilot Test and warranty the STAARS system that will be used by the citizens of the State of Montana and the staff of the Department to administer all aspects of UI Tax.
