Unemployment Insurance Claimant Informational Messages RFP

The Organization is seeking to procure contract services from a vendor to create informational messages in audio, video, and text format for delivery by state Unemployment Insurance (UI) agencies to their claimants. The vendor will also analyze and document the reasons why large numbers of UI claimants fail to report their return to work date timely and accurately.
The Organization is requesting vendors to submit detailed proposals, including task descriptions and pricing, for the services requested in the RFP documents below.
