The Office of Maine State Treasurer is issuing a Request for Proposal for Underwriting Services, RFP # 200902363. If interested, contact Barbara Raths at [email protected]. RFPs will be distributed beginning February 19, 2009. Sealed proposals (6 hard copies and 2 electronic copies) must be clearly marked Office of the State Treasurer: Request for Proposal, for Underwriting Services, and received by March 5, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. at the Division of Purchases, 9 State House Station, 4th Floor Burton M. Cross Building, Augusta, Maine 04333. Proposals will be publicly opened and the name of the bidder announced at the date, time and place specified above. No other information will be made public prior to evaluation and contract award notification. Proposals actually received prior to the stated time will be considered; bidders submitting proposals by mail are responsible for allowing adequate time for delivery. There are no exceptions. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept part of one or more proposals.
