Underwriting, Private Placement and/or Direct Lending Services
The Schools are requesting firms to submit their qualifications to provide underwriting services, private placement services, and/or direct lending in connection with the long-term financing of certain capital projects, currently expected to include a new High School totaling approximately $100 million. Fees will be contingent upon the closing of the contemplated financing, which is expected in early 2011.
