Underage Drinking and Alcohol Possession Diversion Program
The City hereby solicits proposals from qualified agencies to provide a self-supporting Underage Drinking and Alcohol Possession Diversion Program (UDP) for offenders ages 18 - 20 years old charged with these offenses. The program is to provide a program that combines a comprehensive personal assessment of the Offender with education or treatment in addition to referrals to help avoid subsequent behavior.
