Project Name: 2017 Under Bridge Inspection Truck (UBIT)60 ft.

Provide an Under Bridge Inspection Truck (UBIT), qualified driver, and qualified equipment operator for use on Forest Service Bridges. The UBIT operations shall be capable of the following:

Travel on paved and unpaved road surfaces in remote mountainous areas of the National Forest. Some Forest roads will have steep grades, sharp curves, pot holes and loose gravel.


This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes/proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


The solicitation number AG-046W-S-17-0048 and issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ); under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5


The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58.


This is a total small business set aside with and associated NAICS code of 532412 and small business size standard of $32.5 M. PSC: W038.
