All portions of this market survey are merely for market research purposes and subject to change at any time. Response to this survey is VOLUNTARY and NO REIMBURSEMENT will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey. Data submitted in response to this market survey WILL NOT be returned.
Pursuant to FAR Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply (4) determine if adequate competition exists to support the issuance of 5 year Blanket Purchase Agreements or individual Purchase Orders. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5 and FAR Part 19, competition and set-aside decisions may be based on the results of this market research. This notice in no way obligates the Government to any further action.
REQUIREMENT: This notice is issued by the United States Property and Fiscal Office for New Mexico (USPFO - NM) to identify SMALL BUSINESS sources capable of providing an Un-dyed Clear Diesel Fuel for various locations in New Mexico.
Interested vendors should provide all the following information:
1. Company Name, mailing address, CAGE Code, website, point of contact, phone number, and email address.
2. Business size under NAICS Code 324110, Petroleum Refineries
3. Capability Statement (Min/ Max Quantity and Delivery locations in NM) to provide Un-dyed Clear Diesel Fuel
Responses are limited to no more than five (5) pages and are due no later than 09:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST), January 21, 2019.
