The following information is provided to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to successfully provide Agile Software development, software documentation, and software maintenance support for 35 UnManned Threat Emitters (UMTE) located at four different Air Force Bases/Ranges (NTTR, Holloman, JPARC and Luke).  This includes maintaining hardware upgrades/modifications.
