This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for a One-Time Buy for FSC 9905 - SonoSite M-Turbo Ultrasound System. This solicitation is part number specific, please see attached Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOTFOC). Please see the RFQ for the complete requirements. Offerors must meet the conditions, specifications and requirements outlined in the RFQ. Please read the attached RFQ thoroughly, and complete it in its entirety before submitting it back via e-mail to [email protected] before the stated closing date and time. Please note evaluation factor as lowest price technically acceptability (see evaluation criteria in RFQ). FOB Destination. Award will be made in the aggregate for all items (M-FSS-301-D).
