Ultraportable Greenhouse Gas Analyzer (CH 4, CO 2, H2O), and Accessories
Pacific Southwest Research Station has a requirement for an Ultraportable Greenhouse Gas Analyzer and accessories. Ultraportable configuration has been determined to meet research field requirements primarily due to portability and ease of field use in difficult terrain. This solicitation and subsequent award will be in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. IAW FAR 52.204-6, Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, Domestic vendors are required to be registered in SAM in order to be awarded a Government contract. Initial market research has determined that the Los Gatos Research, Inc. model 915-0011, Ultraportable Greenhouse Gas Analyzer meets all specifications and requirements for PSW, and therefore this solicitation is on a "Brandname or Equal" basis. Vendors are required to provide a detailed specifications sheet for review along with their quote for "Equal" products.
