Ultrafast Transmission Electron Microscope
UChicago Argonne LLC, operator of Argonne National Laboratory (Argonne), under Prime Contract No. DE-AC02-06CH11357 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The Request for Quotation (RFQ) is for an Ultrafast Transmission Electron Microscope for the Nanoscience & Technology (NST) division.
All Bidders shall provide acceptance if the attached Appendix A, ANL-71COM Terms and conditions, ANL-366H, On Site Work High Risk Terms and Conditions as well as the below delivery statement upon issuance of any resultant purchase order.
Delivery is of prime importance. Shipment must be received, installed and accepted by 9/12/18 or sooner. In the event that the Contractor cannot complete the order described herein by 9/12/18, Argonne reserves the right to cancel this order in its entirety with no additional charges or penalties.
