The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) U-ROC Kit with WINIDM, part number 3442-1-000 (Quantity - 2 each), 2) WinIDM Software Maintenance Fee, part number MNT1-SW3442-1-050 (Quantity - 2 each), 3) PRC-117G Adapter Cable, part number 3442-1-218 (Quantity - 2 each), 4) Software Protocol Analyzer, part number SW3442-1-385 (Quantity - 1 each), and 5) Protocol Analyzer Maintenance Fee, part number MNT1SW3442-1-385 (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Symetrics Industries, LLC, 1615 W. NASA Blvd., Melbourne, FL 32901 due to compatability with existing equipment on the F/18. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the item without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
