The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) is in the initial planning phase for the acquisition of Ultraviolet filtration equipment. Simplified Acquisition (FAR Part 13.5) and Commercial Item (FAR Part 12) will be followed. Product would be utilized by Glen Canyon Dam. Further details can be found in the attached Drafted Statement of Work. The estimated period of performance is December 2019 to December 2020.

NAICS Code 333999 is applicable to this acquisition, and the size standard of 500 Employees. However, we welcome interested business not considered small to submit their capability statement as described below.

Requested Response:

1.    Interested vendors who can provide the product listed in the attached Draft Statement of Work should submit a capability statement of no more than 10 pages, indicating the ability to perform all aspects of the effort described.
2.    Company name, address, and contact information.
3.    Dun & Bradstreet Number
4.    Business size classification (Small, Small Disadvantaged (SDB), 8(a), Woman-owned (WOSB), Veteran Owned (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SD-VOSB), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) including the number of employees and the number of years in business.
