USTDA Transportation Engineering Support Services
The Contractor shall provide transportation engineering support services to provide subject matter expertise in support of the Agency's programmatic efforts. The Contractor shall provide services in five key areas:
a) General expertise;
b) Development and design of program activities;
c) Technical inputs to the drafting and revising of technical documents such as terms of reference and budgets;
d) Technical advice during the course of the Agency's monitoring and oversight of programming; and
e) Technical advice on new or emerging technologies and market trends in emerging markets.
