USPSC - Senior Program Advisor
USAID's Bureau for Latin America and the Caribbean Office of Caribbean Affairs (LAC/CAR) requires a USPSC Senior Program Advisor to provide services to support reconstruction and long term development programs in Haiti. The Senior Program Advisor will oversee program and operational planning, management, monitoring, and resource allocation/budgeting functions for the reconstruction and development program for Haiti, while ensuring adherence to Agency, Mission and programming policy. He/she will make recommendations regarding the appropriate allocation of services and resources to support the USAID reconstruction and development program in accordance with overall USG priorities. These duties will be conducted in an environment that demands the highest level of coordination with a wide array of offices and bureaus within the Agency, from throughout the U.S. government (Department of State, CDC, etc.), the U.S. private sector, the Government of Haiti and the Haitian-American community in the United States.
