This position is located in the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia, Technical Support Office, Democracy and Governance Division (E&E/TSO/DG). This position provides technical advice to the Bureau for Europe and Eurasia (E&E), Democracy and Governance Division (E&E/TSO/DG), State Department, USAID Missions, and other units of USAID in all areas related to E&E non-presence programs (ENP) as well as youth development, countering violent extremism (CVE) and gender within the context of the overall Democracy and Governance programs in E&E region.
