The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP02151400021, for the acquisition of 2,400 pairs of mens velcro boots for delivery to the United States Penitentiary, Waymart, PA 18472, sample boot to the address listed within the RFQ. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the month of July 2014. The contract type is a firm-fixed price.
