USP Canaan - Camp Door Replacement
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Two Mile Drive, Otisville, NY 10963 anticipates issuance of a solicitation for the SUPPLY ONLY of replacement doors and frames to the United States Penitentiary, 3057 Eric J. Williams Memorial Drive, Waymart, PA 18472. This solicitation is set aside for small business. The evaluation factors will be technical, past performance, lead time, and price. Technical and past performance are far more important than price.
A site visit is highly recommended prior to submitting a quote. A site visit can be scheduled with the Brian Filbert, bfilbert@bop.gov or 570-488-8280. All site visits should be completed prior the closing date. This solicitation is for the supply only of doors and frames.
Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered at www.sam.gov. Faith Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The issuance of 15B21519Q00000004 will be on or about January 11, 2019. The solicitation will be distributed through the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
